I painted this during the Driggs Digs Plein Air Festival. This is the first time I have participated in an art festival like this and it was a challenge. Especially the quick draw where you have 2 1/2 hours to do a painting from start to finish, with the public watching! Afterwards the paintings are voted on by the public. I received an honorable mention during one of the quick draws but I think that’s because my boyfriends mom might have voted more than once.
