Sunsets

Camping forces you to be outside so you never miss a sunset. This is way better than TV anyway. Today I heard that flat screen TVs and computer and cellphone screens emit a certain wavelength of light that keeps you awake. Back before I was homeless and using a computer frequently in the evening I wouldn’t go to bed until at least 11:30. Now I’m asleep by 9pm every night and I’m up around dawn. I know. I know. Those who know me well aren’t believing it. But I am getting about 9 hours of sleep a night. I also heard today that before the invention of the light bulb, people slept about 10 hours a night! Guess I need to go to bed around 8. Also, driving drowsy impairs your ability to drive as much as being drunk. So go ahead. Hit the snooze button!
